
Chartered Manager Fellow (FCMI) and MBA-qualified IT leader with over 18 years’ experience delivering digital transformation, technology services, organisational change and operational improvement within Higher Education.
Currently serving as IT Delivery Manager at Keele University, leading the delivery of strategic technology initiatives, IT service management improvements, ServiceNow implementation activities, IT asset management, policy development and cross-functional projects that enhance service quality, governance and operational efficiency. Working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure technology services align with organisational priorities whilst maintaining a strong focus on user experience, service excellence and business value.
My career has evolved from educational technology and software development through to digital capability leadership and now enterprise IT delivery. I have successfully led large-scale initiatives spanning Microsoft 365, student information systems, learning technologies, digital skills development, cybersecurity awareness, organisational change and service improvement, supporting communities of more than 15,000 staff and students.
Alongside my university leadership role, I serve as a Member of a Multi-Academy Trust and Data Protection Officer, providing strategic oversight, governance, accountability and regulatory compliance expertise. I have extensive experience supporting organisations in making informed decisions around risk, data protection, information governance and digital transformation.
